You found me!!! Here’s a little ‘about me’ and the services I offer to the world.
I was born and raised in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan Canada. While I struggled with small town living as a teenager and moved away for 15 years, I ended up moving back as an adult.
I had NO CLUE what to do with my life. It wasn’t until I was 25 that I was introduced to Massage Therapy and felt the call to explore what that had to offer.
As a Massage Therapist I have worked with Chiropratic Clinics most of my career (even ended up marrying a Chiropractor;) as well as a couple private practices in there.
In 2004 I had the opportunity to sell all I owned and and move to England to start a different life. This is where I explored energy work with Reiki, learned some new business skills, deepened my trust in God/Universal energy, and found out my love for Canada was just too strong to keep me away.
After moving back to my family’s home town (full circle), in 2008 I opened a Wellness Centre. Creating Wholelife Wellness led to speaking invitations, becoming a published author, hosting classes and workshops and even leading retreats around the country.
I have recently retired from massage therapy to focus on more energetic and spiritual teachings and services. I have upgrading my Life Coaching skills (through BodyMind Coaching) and currently offer an in person or zoom appointment to get clear on what you want out of life.

I am a lifelong learner and have enjoyed adding more modalities to my repertoire. I love helping people with natural therapies. Some of the modalities I offer in combination, include Life Coaching, Energy Healing, Reiki Usui session and classes, and Medical Intuition.
The large picture above (sunset) was taken at our family cabin on Jeannette Lake. I am a water baby and LOVE being around, in, and on a body of water, even if that has to be my bathtub but I’d rather it be an ocean or lake. Watching a sunset or sunrise is another ‘soothing to my soul’ favorite way to spend my time.
