This is an interactive class for anyone who is curious as to how to manipulate their own energy and those around them.  We will explore:

• how to use your body to answer yes and no questions

• how to change your energy on a moment notice

• how to change the energy of a space

• how you, your words and thoughts energetically affect others

• how to energetically detach from others
