When I was ready, I reached out for help. it was the best thing I have ever done in my life. I found someone (actually I have hired a few coaches over the years) who listened, who REALLY listened, who helped me get clear on what I wanted and needed for myself. It was hard to ask for help. BUT, like you, I was faced with the alternative of staying in a confused feeling that I was ‘losing my mind’. I couldn’t bear another moment in this space. I wanted to SHIFT.

Who is this for?

The Wholelife Energy Shift is for anyone who feels lost, unheard, or disconnected from their true essence. This particular package is just for locals to Meadow Lake, who can make it in person to receive the help that they are needing. Each session is catered to your specific life events, needs, desires and struggles. If you have tried all else and something is still missing, let’s see what energy healing, life coaching, body work and more can do for you.

What’s Included?

This package includes 3 session in person at Wholelife Wellness. We will meet for 90 minutes each time. We will work on the most pressing issue in your life and I will assist you with all the tools available to me: life coaching, energy healing, massage therapy, meditation, medical intuition, cognomovement, visualizations, entity clearing and more. In between our session I will help you with accountability if you desire, send you encouragements and also resources that may be helpful on your journey.
