Reiki is a Japanese energy technique. It is used for physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease. Anyone can learn this technique and use it as needed or daily for wellness maintenance. If you are looking for something to add to your tool kit of health, this may be what you are looking for.

This is a certificate class and you will receive continued education credits if they apply to your profession.

I have been teaching Reiki since 2008. I received my Ryoho Usui Reiki Level I in London England in 2005. I use Reiki everyday for myself and when I work on clients. I will always be available to answer your questions after class and can take you through all the levels if it calls to you. Ryoho Usui Reiki is the traditional method of Reiki as is a great place to start if you would like to learn more about energy healing.

This class will be on Friday Feb 13th at 10am in the Wholelife Wellness Studio. You must register by Feb 11th so I have the proper material prepared for you. Max of 6 people for this class. $299 for the class which includes a manual and certificate.

Please bring your own lunch, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
