Wellness Within was created to guide you back to yourself, an invitation to explore your the person you really are but has become hidden for whatever reason.
For nearly three decades, I have helped people reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and create lasting wellness through a blend of holistic healing, coaching, energy work, and practical tools. Over the years, I've discovered that meaningful transformation doesn't happen in a single appointment—it happens through consistent support, gentle accountability, and a commitment to yourself.
That's why Wellness Within is a three-month journey.
Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck, strengthen the connection between your mind, body, and spirit, and create sustainable practices that support the life you truly want to live.

This foundational experience gives you everything you need to begin creating meaningful change in your life with the encouragement of a supportive community and the guidance of a trusted coach.
Your Experience Includes:
✨ 12 Live Weekly personal 1:1 Sessions (60 minutes) with me where we can see where you are at that day and I will pull from the tools I have available to work with you from chaos to balance. Our first initial meet will be 90 minutes to get a sense of where you are and where you want to be.
✨ Unlimited Private Email Coaching
Life doesn't wait until your appointment time!
Throughout the entire three months, you'll have unlimited email access to me for guidance, questions, encouragement, or simply to help you work through whatever you're facing.
Sometimes you just need someone to remind you that you're on the right path.
Think of it as having a wellness coach in your pocket.
I personally respond to every email within 48 hours (usually much sooner). And I don’t care if an email comes in at 3am as I have boundaries and will get to it when I’m awake! :)

Before we begin
I want your Wellness Within experience to be smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Please take a moment to read through the following details before registering.
Payment
Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received. Program materials, Zoom access, and booking for personalized sessions (if applicable) will begin after payment has been processed.
My Commitment to YOU
I sincerely hope you'll stay for the entire journey, as lasting transformation happens through consistent participation over the full three months.
However, if you decide the program isn't the right fit, you may cancel by providing written notice to info@carimoffet.com within the first 15 days of the program.
If cancellation occurs within this time frame:
• You'll retain access to the program materials for the first 30 days.
• The first month of the program will be charged.
• If you paid in full, you'll receive a refund for the remaining two months:
• If you selected the monthly payment plan, your second and third payments will simply not be processed. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose Klarna as a payment option, there are no refunds or you will deal directly with that payment company.
Because participants receive immediate access to course materials and live coaching, refunds are not available after the first 15 days.
All refunds are issued by Wholelife Wellness via e-transfer.
Receipts
You'll receive either one receipt for your full payment or individual receipts for each monthly payment, depending on the payment option you choose.
